About The Work

The Customer Success team is on a mission to make our customer’s vision a reality by helping them sift deep insights out of their Evaluāt data. We help them learn how to use Evaluāt, listen to their ideas to make our products better, and respond rapidly to any issues they may be having. Most importantly, the Customer Success team is available to give our customers peace of mind — we’re here for them, and we’re happy to help.


  • Serve as the customer’s single point of contact
  • Organize and execute training sessions with the customer via video conference or on-site
  • Respond to questions about how to use Evaluāt and interpret reports
  • Provide helpful suggestions on how to improve response rates
  • Collect ideas for how to change Evaluāt to better serve our customers' needs

We have a physical presence in suburban Washington, DC and Durham, NC, and we are open to permanent telework arrangements as well.
