Control who has access to your site, and collaborate with your colleagues.
Together, you can collaborate on your evaluations, view reports, and analyze the data.
- Click on your name in the top right corner of the screen, and select “Manage Users”
- Select “Manage Users”
- Click on the “+” button
- Fill in the First and Last name fields, and specify the email address. The email address will become this person’s username for Evaluāt. Click “Add This User” to proceed.
- On the confirmation screen you will find the new user’s temporary password. Be sure to share this with your colleague, as once you navigate away from this confirmation page, you will not be able to retrieve the temporary password. If you wish, copy and paste the sample email text into a new email and send it that way.
Our Enterprise and Custom customers can add as many team members as you want.
Our Per Program customers may add as many team members as specified in your plan. Please contact your Customer Success representative for complete details.
